11:30 a.m. Arrive Spanish Town and tour Old Capital
l p.m. Arrive Kingston Eat lunch at Hot Pot (or some other local cuisine)
2:30 p.m. Tour Kingston- Devon House, Bob Marley Museum, (Institute of Jamaica), Newcastle
5:30am Arrive Mavis Bank .Disembark from bus and board landrover for drive to Whitfield Hall
7:30am Arrive Whitfield Hall.
Eat supper and bed down

3 a.m. Wake-up
3:30 a.m. Start hike to Blue Mountain Peak
6 a.m. Arrive Blue Mountain Peak -Rest,-take pictures and drink Blue Mountain Coffee
7:00 a.m. Depart Blue Mountain Peak
8:30 a.m. Arrive Whitfield Hall - Eat Breakfast (and tour coffee plantation)
10:30 a.m. Depart Whitfield Hall
12:30 p.m. Arrive Mavis Bank -Tour Coffee factory, eat lunch at Blue Mountain Tavern
1:30 p.m. Depart Mavis Bank
6:00 p.m. Ariive Montego Bay
