    Rafter's Rest Restaurant - Rio Grande Rafting Center - 993-2778 Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dine at the edge of the famous Rio Grande River and watch the rafts arrive. Menu boasts a good selection of local and international fare. Open daily 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
